Our mission is to empower the next generation of leaders with the tools, exposure, and support to succeed in high school and beyond. Through mentorship, college and career exploration, and real-world community impact, we help students explore post-secondary opportunities, build skills, and take control of their futures.
Earning a bachelor’s degree can lead to $1 million more in lifetime earnings compared to a high school diploma alone.
A college degree doesn’t just open doors—it builds momentum across generations. Graduates are more likely to stay employed, access better healthcare, engage in their communities, and support their own children’s education. But for many low-income and first-generation students, systemic barriers make this path harder to reach. At Kids Next Door, we’re working to change that.
